The World and Country Group Aggregates (historically called BOPSY) is an annual publication, released each November, of major balance of payments and international investment position components for countries, country groups, and the world.
What the numbers show
Goods, Credit/Revenue (US dollar) is currently reported for 198 countries. The highest value is 3.41 trillion in China (People’s Republic of); the lowest is 287,906 in Tuvalu.
The median across all reporting countries is 9.70 billion, and the mean is 115.55 billion.
Over the past decade 151 countries rose and 45 fell. The largest increase was in Timor-Leste (up 1,165.8%), and the largest decrease in Yemen (down 93.5%).
